1. The Bible, in its original manuscripts, is the inspired, eternal, inerrant written revelation of God to man. As such, it is authoritative in all matters temporal and eternal. (II Timothy 3:16,17 Isaiah 40:8 Matthew 5:18)

2. The Scriptures declare that God exists; a personal being transcendent and immanent, infinite, immutable, omniscient, sovereign, just, loving, holy and good. 3. The Scriptures declare that within the unity of the One Deity, there are three distinct persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, who are co-equal in power, nature and eternity.

4. The Scriptures declare that that Holy Spirit was poured out on the Church at Pentecost in power, releasing the gifts of the Spirit to the people. Holy Spirit brings the indwelling presence of God to us for worship, sanctification, building up the Church, gifting us for ministry, destroying the works of the enemy, proclaiming the gospel and doing the works that Jesus did. 5. The Scriptures declare that man, alone of all God’s creation, was made in the image of God. Although created in right relationship with God, man expressly and willfully disobeyed his Creator. The consequence of this sin was a breach in relationship between man and God, and “the wages of sin is death”. From the beginning to the present, “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” and thus are naturally separated from God. 6. The Scriptures declare that God, in a sovereign exercise of grace and love, determined to provide the means of reconciliation with man. This reconciliation is found only in the person of Jesus Christ, God’s mediator, who by His sacrificial death became the propitiation for man’s sin once and for all.  Only in the blood of Christ is there forgiveness of sin and reconciliation with a just and loving God. (I John 4:10).

7. Reconciliation with God is personally applied only through individual recognition of and repentance from sin, and placing trust in Christ alone. God’s provision for forgiveness and new life. This reconciliation, or salvation, is a gift of God’s grace, and is in no manner earned or merited. 8. The Scriptures declare that all the redeemed once saved are kept by God’s power and thus are secure in Christ forever, and that it is the privilege of believers to rejoice in the assurance of their salvation through the testimony of God’s Word, which, however, clearly forbids the use of Christian liberty as an occasion for sinful living and carnality. 9. The scriptures declare that believers are to preach and put on display the Kingdom of Heaven, the realm in which Jesus alone is king and ruler for all eternity. This includes but is not limited to teaching and putting on display Gods total authority over all things, the gospel, repentance, salvation through Jesus alone, faith, healing, deliverance, miracles and power. 10. The Scriptures declare that God desires to transform the character of those who are reconciled to Him into the image of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished by a life yielded and obedient to God, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and seeking God’s glory in all things. (I Peter 1:14-16 Romans 12:1,2 Mark 8:34 Galatians 2:20 II Corinthians 5:17)

11. The Scriptures declare that there is but one true church, the Body of Christ. Christ alone is the head of the church, and all who are saved are members thereof. The Body of Christ is composed of many local assemblies, of which Grace Fellowship is but one. The role of the church, universally and locally, as Christ’s body, is to manifest Jesus Christ. This is done in part through worshipping God, edifying the believer, proclaiming the Gospel and accomplishing good works, all to the glory of God. 12. The Scriptures declare that Jesus Christ, in rising physically from the grave, demonstrated victory over death once and for all. Because of His resurrection, all who are in Christ have assurance of eternal life with Him. The resurrected Christ will return to gather His people, to judge the world and to establish His kingdom of righteousness.
